Is Nokoria a personal finance app?
Nokoria manages "remaining quantities," with money being just one of many use cases. It works for product inventory, on-site materials, store stock, unpaid rent tracking, supply consumption, and anything else with inflows and outflows that can be counted.
Can it connect to bank accounts or credit cards?
No, automatic integration is not supported, and we have no plans to offer it. Because Nokoria handles non-monetary "remaining quantities" like inventory, tickets, and time, all transactions are recorded manually for consistency. Keeping the actual state and your records perfectly aligned is the core of Nokoria's value.
Can I manage multiple businesses or properties together?
Yes. You can organize them with hierarchical folders. For example, separate by business unit ("main / side / properties") or by project ("Site A / Site B") — structure them however suits you. For multi-store operations, splitting inventory by store ("main / branch 2 / branch 3") gives you a clear view of each store's stock, so you can cover sudden shortages by transferring from another store. Each folder has its own balance, timeline, and filtering, so they never mix.
Are there member permission controls?
Not at this time — fine-grained permissions like read-only or edit access are not supported. On Team plans, admins can invite and remove members, but invited members can view and edit all team transactions.
Can I import and export data?
Yes. Both CSV import (bulk registration) and export (backup and analysis) are supported. You can register transactions from a spreadsheet at once, or export to Excel for aggregation. * Available on Personal plans and above.
Does it work on smartphones?
Yes. Nokoria is a responsive web app that works on smartphones, tablets, and PCs. No installation needed — just open the URL. Add it to your home screen to launch it like a native app.
What's included in the free plan?
The Free plan limits transaction folders to 3, but you can use the main features: auto balance calculation, full-history timeline, and easy filtering.
Are team plans charged per member?
No. As long as you stay within each plan's member limit, there are no per-user charges. Team Small supports up to 5 members, Team Pro up to 20, and Team Custom for 21+.
Are yearly plans refundable if I cancel mid-term?
Unfortunately, yearly plans are not eligible for refunds upon mid-term cancellation or downgrade. Plan changes take effect at the next renewal cycle.
